Michael Venable

Mike has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977. He has been involved in the sale and leasing of Commercial and Retail property as a specialty for the last 10 years. He has won top sales person in the State of Wisconsin twice, and has been in the Top Producer ranks for the past 5 years. Mike works primarily in the acquisition and disposition of investment Real Estate and Industrial Buildings.

Background
Mike has owned both Retail and Industrial property and has the knowledge to maintain a good relationship with tenants, as well as negotiate on their behalf. Mike was involved in property management for 4 years and worked directly with owners as well as tenants. Some of the transactions and clients that he was involved in were Sara Investment Real Estate, Cargill Foods, Menards, Road Ranger, K-Mart, Steak N Shake, Johnson Bank, Auto Zone, Marling Lumber Co., Rogan Shoes, Freedom Graphics, Milwaukee Insulation, Lin Care, KCI Industrial, Dean Health Care Systems, Coca-Cola and many others.

Randall Walters

Owned and managed retail businesses and commercial property for over 20 years. Randy’s experience in the retail industry, combined with the complexities associated with property ownership, make him uniquely qualified to represent the needs of property owners, investors, and tenants. Randy has coordinated the sale and leasing for such clients as Walgreens, Advance Auto, Family Video, Dollar General, Anytime Fitness, Verizon, Steak-N-Shake, Family Dollar, and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Joel Patch

Specializing in retail (Member of ICSC), Joel has been a consistent producer by coordinating the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property, and has played a role in development process for various retail projects, site selections, and investment property dispositions. Joel has received numerous awards including Top Agent in the State of Wisconsin in 2005 and 2007. Some of the transactions and clients that he was involved with include Menards, Hendricks Development Group, Rogan Shoes, Marling Lumber, Road Ranger, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, Atlanta Bread, Sears, Dollar Tree, McDonalds, Yum Brands, Walgreens, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Golden Corral, Save-A-Lot, and Hovde Realty.

Previous to commercial real estate, Joel operated a grocery wholesale business for 18 years managing 425 accounts in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. Joel is also very active in his community serving 4 years on the Beloit City Council, 2 years as a Rock County Board Supervisor, and board member of the Beloit Snappers and Greater Beloit Economic Development.
